Being a goofy foot myself and in bike ride distance to this spot it was my favorite wave through the 80's and 90's i havnt surfed it much lately. I remember a few late south swells (September) around 1984-85 that were so fricken good out there. Bobby is an awesome surfer I remember surfing in the NSSA My friends and i would watch him at the contest and could tell when he was little he was going to be a force in the surfing world. I always thought he was better than Dane when they were younger. Funny how He and Dane said Screw the tour.
